Marketing Intern

We are looking for an intern to aid our marketing and sales department with optimizing the XenomatiX brand by creating, improving and maintaining corporate and product related feature clips and images. Specifically, to give us video material of our products, stationary and in action, to use for promotional purposes online, during events and in customer presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Formulating a comprehensive plan on what image material is needed.
• Working with our current marketing officer to make sure everything is in line with the XenomatiX brand.
• Arranging, shooting and editing videos, in collaboration with the different departments.
• Presenting the finished product to management as to pick and choose which images are most suitable for what.

Requirements:

• Some previous experience with marketing or promo videos, this can be through education or hobby.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Powerpoint, canva and Microsoft Office.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Located in, or near, Leuven with the ability to be on-site for the duration of your internship.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of social media formats.
• Dutch Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with duration and size of image content.
