XenomatiX expands to the US
Partners and customers based in the US will now experience better, faster and more personalized service from XenomatiX as we expand the team globally. After opening XenomatiX Deutschland in August 2019, XenomatiX is now expanding overseas to the US. Because of XenomatiX’ dedicated focus on the automotive industry the new office is located in the Detroit area. ”This move allows us to connect with our US partners and customers on a new level” said Filip Geuens, CEO of XenomatiX. Our US customers and partners will be served by Jacopo Alaimo who joins XenomatiX as US Sales Manager.
An interview with Jacopo Alaimo, US Sales Manager
Jacopo, tell me about your background
I have a master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a professional certification in Mountain Guiding. Both qualifications reflect my passion for exploration, techniques and in general for breaking the limits of human boundaries. I dedicated the past years to the introduction of LEDs technology working for Tier I’s such as Automotive Lighting and North American Lighting while, in parallel, guiding people on the mountains around the world. This path brought me to Michigan where I am currently living with my family.
What in your opinion makes XenomatiX’ services and products exciting for our customers
I am enthusiastic about the step forward in reliability that XenomatiX’ True Solid State Lidar is bringing to the Lidar world. Detection reliability is the key factor for mass production especially in automotive, transportation, and autonomous vehicles. The added value of XenomatiX technology is the extraordinary simplicity of the concept adopted. No moving parts and each component re-designed to meet the requirements of AD and EV applications.
